Retail Return & Refund Policy

At D. Beauty, Love LLC, we want you to love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.


Eligible Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging within:

⏱ 14 days of the purchase date (with receipt)


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items

Return Process

To return an item, please bring:

  1. The item(s) you wish to return
  2. The original sales receipt
  3. A valid photo ID (for verification)

Returns must be processed at the original store of purchase unless otherwise noted.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund based on the original method of payment:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the card used within 5–10 business days
  • Cash: Refunded immediately if under $100; otherwise issued as a check or store credit
  • Gift Card: Refunded to a new store credit gift card

Please note: shipping and delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value if the returned item is in resellable condition and in stock.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, notify us within 3 days of receipt. We’ll provide a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on availability and your preference.
